Taxa de dia impressionante. Equipe amigável, animais de serviço amigável e, em geral, muito limpo. Hotel é novinho em folha neste post e, na verdade, havia deixado meu kit de barbear caro no quarto. Voltei várias horas depois e a equipe de limpeza o entregou na recepção. Definitivamente vou ficar aqui novamente quando estou na área!

2 stars for clean rooms but poor managementi’ve been staying here for days at a time only because it’s cheap, but management is very rude and almost harassing every morning and night. The first time i tried to book a room here, the manager lied and said all rooms were booked when we saw a bunch of open rooms. There was a party here with (black) teens and saw another black person coming to book a room and automatically denied us. We went across the street and stayed at the crystal inn. The next day i booked a room here and the room was very nice. I understand that check out is @ 11am but the manager will call you at 11:05 and be at your room door by 11:06 to tell you, you need to check out. I asked to book another night and his tone and demeanor was very hostile and room when i asked to book another night. I try to keep my distance from management because i feel uncomfortable with them up my behind every 10-15 minutes. I could ignore everything but the other day, my partner and i got a room 5am and 6 hrs later the manager was at our door saying we have to check out, the same day we checked in. It didn’t make any sense to me that we payed $70 for only 6 hrs.. we should’ve had a full night. We argued with him for a good 10 minutes before my partner went downstairs to book another night. When my partner came back upstairs he told me about his experience down there. The manager said no smoking in the room, you can’t smoke in the room.. My partner is a black man with locs.. i’m not saying it was a racist thing but that’s exactly what i am saying. We do not smoke.. and if we did, we would smoke outside. it was a very unnecessary comment to make ESPECIALLY because we’ve stayed here before and we see all the no smoking signs on all the room doors..

Horrível gerente / equipeFomos afetados pelo desastre que aconteceu em Houston, felizmente conseguimos um quarto. Os quartos eram limpos e decentes para o preço. Nossa primeira experiência horrível foi com os limpadores, eles fazem um péssimo trabalho e quando você lhes diz o que fazer, eles ficam com raiva. Nós ficamos por três semanas e uma noite o gerente ligou e disse-nos para não batermos no chão que aqueles abaixo de nós reclamaram. Imediatamente eu avisei meu filho para não bater no chão com força enquanto caminhava, na verdade eu disse a ele para ir para a cama cedo. Ficavam me chamando que as pessoas ainda reclamam, falei para o gerente que meus filhos estão dormindo e ele gritou comigo e disse que eu deveria sair pela manhã. Eu perguntei a ele o que nós fizemos? Estamos aqui há semanas e ele me disse que não se importa e que precisamos sair às 11h da manhã seguinte. Ele foi tão rude, sem consideração, arrogante, eles não têm muitos funcionários lá, parece que o gerente mora lá com sua família e eles são seus funcionários. Todos evitam este lugar. Ele teve a ousadia de me dizer que esta não é uma casa nem apartamento que eu deva abandonar sem motivo .. Gostaria de conversar com alguém superior a ele porque é isso que eles fazem.

Nice new rooms, good rates, parking for my Hotshot rig. Não gostou do AC desligado e levou a maior parte da noite para esfriar. Não na cafeteira do quarto e teve que descer ao escritório para pegar um café instantâneo. O gerente noturno foi útil e veio me ajudar a posicionar meu caminhão em uma boa vaga de estacionamento.

Gerente / personal horribleNos afectó el desastre que pasó en Houston, afortunadamente conseguimos una habitación. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran decentes por el precio. Nuestra primera experiencia horrible fue con los limpiadores, hacen un trabajo terrible y cuando les dices qué hacer se enojan. Nos quedamos por tres semanas y una noche el gerente llamó y nos dijo que no golpeáramos el piso porque los que estaban debajo de nosotros se quejaron. Inmediatamente le advertí a mis hijos que no golpearan el piso con fuerza mientras caminaban, de hecho les dije que se fueran a la cama temprano. Me seguían llamando porque la gente todavía se quejaba, le dije al gerente que mis hijos estaban durmiendo y él me gritó y me dijo que me fuera por la mañana. Le pregunté ¿qué hicimos? Llevamos semanas aquí y me dijo que no le importaba y que teníamos que irnos a las 11 de la mañana del día siguiente. Fue tan grosero, desconsiderado, arrogante, no tienen mucho personal allí, parece que el gerente vive allí con su familia y ellos son su personal. Todos evitan este lugar. Tuvo la osadía de decirme que esto no es una casa ni un departamento que deba dejar sin ningún motivo .. Me gustaría hablar con alguien superior a él porque eso es lo que hacen.

Nice new rooms, good rates, parking for my Hotshot rig. Didn't like AC off and took most of the night to cool down.No in room coffee maker and had to go down to office to get instant coffee.Night manager was helpful and came out to help me position my truck 8n a good parking space.

Horrible manager/staffWe were affected by the disaster that happened in Houston , fortunately we got a room. The rooms were clean and decent for the price. Our first horrible experience was with the cleaners, they do a terrible job and when you tell them what to do they get angry. We stayed for three weeks and one night the manager called and told us not to hit the floor that those under us complained. Immediately I warned my kid’s not to hit the floor hard while walking, in fact I told them to go to bed early. They kept calling me that the people are still complaining, I told the manager that my kids are sleeping and he yelled at me and said I should leave in the morning. I asked him what did we do? We have been here for weeks and he told me he does not care and we need to leave by 11: am the next morning. He was so rude, inconsiderate, arrogant, they do not have many staff in there, looks like the manager lives there with his family and they are his staff. Everyone avoid this place . He had the audacity to tell me this is not a house nor apartment that I should leave just for no reason .. I will like to talk with anyone superior to him because this is what they do.

Awesome day rate. Friendly staff, service animal friendly, and overall very clean. Hotel is brand new as of this post, and had actually left my expensive shaving kit in the room. Went back several hours later and cleaning crew had turned it in to the front desk. I will most definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!
