O hotel em si era bom, mas o quarto não era tão limpo e estava danificado em muitos lugares. O chuveiro deve ter sido projetado por alguém que nunca usou um chuveiro antes... desconcertante.

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável aqui no meio de maio. O que tornou esta estadia mais especial foi a forma como a equipe nos ajudou com um problema. Nosso quarto original tinha um problema de ar condicionado e sabíamos que não ia funcionar. A garota na recepção nos teve em um novo quarto atualizado em poucos minutos. Toda a equipe mede esta uma estadia memorável. A propósito, eles têm uma jóia escondida de um spa. Tínhamos o lugar quase só para nós. Bela vantagem que você deve usar. A localização é perto de todos os transportes públicos.

We had a very nice stay here in the middle of May. What made this stay more special was the way the staff helped us with an issue. Our original room had an air conditioning issue and we knew that it was not going to work. The girl at the desk had us in a new upgraded room within minutes. The whole staff mede this a memorable stay. By the way, they have a hidden gem of a spa. We had the place almost to ourselves. Nice perk that you should use. The location is near all public transportation.

The hotel itself was nice, but the room was not that clean and it was damaged in many places. The shower must have been designed by somebody who never used a shower before... baffling.

É impossível viver na rua do hotel. Este hotel está organizando o descarregamento de caminhões à meia-noite ou 1h em uma rua estreita para que as pessoas que moram na rua Osvat sejam privadas de sono tanto durante a semana quanto nos fins de semana. Observe que muitos quartos estão voltados para a rua Osvat. Nenhum aviso é dado sobre o descarregamento de caminhões… Este hotel mostra 0 respeito pelo seu microambiente. Considere que atitude você apoia passando noites lá…. Vergonhoso pode acontecer

Aparthotel.Os quartos dispõem de cozinha, sala de jantar, salão e quarto em Namard. Pena que não há TV no quarto apenas na sala de estar. líquido. O serviço de recepção muito gentil ajuda. UMA. Bom dia (não muito a que estamos acostumados. (:)

Its impossible to live in the street of the hotel. This hotel is organising trucks’ unloading by midnight or 1am in a narrow street so that people living in Osvat street are deprived from sleep both on weekdays and weekends. Note many rooms are facing Osvat street. No heads up are given about truck unloading… This hotel shows 0 respect for its micro environment. Consider what attitude you support by spending any nights there…. Shameful it can happen

Este hotel tem muitas grandes qualidades. Para quem nunca esteve em Budapeste, a localização é perfeita. Está perto de todos os lugares que você quer ver e perto de todos os bons lugares para comer e beber. Os quartos são acessíveis, muito grandes, duas academias e spa. Cafe New York faz parte dos hotéis e você tem que ir pelo menos uma vez por sua beleza!As coisas que eu pensei que poderiam ter sido melhores… o quarto tinha um cheiro estranho que mais tarde percebi que poderia estar fumando no quarto por muitos anos e preso nas paredes. Há lavanderia no quarto que para alguns pode ter sido ótimo, mas ouvi o ciclo de centrifugação durante toda a noite (uff). O café da manhã foi fraco

This Hotel has lots of great qualities. For someone who has never been to Budapest the location is perfect. It’s near all the places you want to see and near all the good places to eat and drink. The rooms are affordable, very large, two gyms, and spa. Cafe New York is part of the hotels and you have to go at least once for its beautiful! The things I thought could have been better… the room had an odd smell which I later realized might have been smoking in the room for many years and stuck in the walls. There is in room laundry which for some might have been great, but I heard the spin cycle going all night (uff). The breakfast was lackluster

Fiquei no apartamento estúdio por 25 dias. Espaçoso, tinha uma varanda, máquina de lavar, aquecedor de cozinha, todos os utensílios básicos etc. Funcionários bem cuidados, organizados e bem cooperativos. Comparado a outros espaços e opções de café da manhã do hotel, são muito pequenos, pode ser que poucas pessoas optem pelo café da manhã. caso contrário, no geral, tive uma boa experiência.

Stayed in studio apartment for 25Days Spacious, had a balcony, washing machine, cooking heater, all basic utensils etc. Well maintained, neat & well cooperative staff. Compared to other hotel breakfast space & options are very small , May be very few people choose to breakfast. otherwise Overall I had a good experience.

Minha família se hospedou em um apartamento de 2 quartos no 4º e 6º andar. Apartamentos luxuosos e modernos com todas as comodidades que você teria em um hotel 4 estrelas da rede global. Boa localização para desfrutar de Budapeste a pé. Excelente localização quando se trata de restaurantes e lojas. Shopping incrível por perto. Hotel favorável a animais de estimação e ainda limpo. A única sugestão para melhorar seria a velocidade de conexão à internet. É lento e você não pode fazer chamadas de vídeo ou áudio sem problemas. Pessoal profissional e amigável na recepção. Ajudou-nos com tudo o que precisávamos durante a nossa estadia. Espero voltar à bela Budapeste novamente!

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and really enjoy our stay. Jonathan welcomed us on our check in, and was great and really helpful. Gave us all the information needed, and asked for our experience every day when he saw us. Other representatives were also great, answering our questions, giving us umbrella when needed, and approving us an extension to check out comfortably. Hotel has great location, lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas and the background music was lovely.Things to improve for us would be the water pressure in bathtub which was quite weak (but usable), and the tv channels which weren't so diverse.Thank you NH Collection.

My family stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor and 6th floor.Upscale and modern apartments with all facilities as you would have in 4 star global chain hotel. Good location to enjoy Budapest by walk. Great location when it comes restaurants and shopping. Awesome shopping mall close by. Pet friendly hotel and yet it clean. Only suggestion to improve would be the internet connection speed. It’s slow and you can’t do video or audio calls without issues. Professional and friendly staff at the reception. Helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Hope to get back to beautiful Budapest again!

La habitación es una pasada !! Un apartamento muy grande más de 80 m, merece la pena, he puesto 4 estrellas porque hay detalles que no está completa, falta enchufes junto a las camas, los cacharros de cocina que están colocados arriba del todo de los armarios no alcanzamos, el armario de la habitación principal no tiene bandas, para los días fríos no hay manta a la vista, por lo demás está genial, y bien situado

El apartamento era chulísimo, y el servicio también.lo mejor: su ubicacion, hay un metro y tranvía a 30 metros que conecta con casi todo. Los servicios que tiene..., gymnasio ,spa, cafetera 24x7 ... Los puntos desfavorables era: el horno estaba sucio , al encenderlo salida humo de grasa quemada. La habitación no había forma de calentarla solo salia aire frío así que decidimos dormir con el edredón.

Los apartamentos no están mal aunque esperaba algo más, además en diciembre la habitacion no hubo manera de calentarla, las ventanas dejan pasar el fresquito de la zona y volvimos bien acatarrados.No tenían preparada la reserva y cuando rellenaba mi ficha me la dieron en italiano y húngaro y los datos que autorellenaron estaban todos mal.El trato fue amable y sin duda el New York café es lo mejor de todo con muchísima diferencia, es lo único 5 estrellas bueno y la fachada delantera que es también una pasada.
