I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. The facility is beautiful and meets the highest standards for cleanliness and comfort. However it is the owner and staff that make this place special. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure their guests feel comfortable and safe. In fact my daughter in law left jewelry in her room when she checked out and the staff saw that it was returned before we even realized she had forgotten it. Thank you for being such an amazing business.

The Manager/Operator was exceptional. Very people oriented. Helped us with changes to our bookings when we had to go out of town. Saved our room w/o charge, so we could leave some of our belongings
there. Great rates! Friendly staff. Really efficient maid service. We were very impressed. Nice pool.

General: we were visiting various relatives in the area for over a week. We are from Pennsylvania and Maryland. We drove. Also had to visit cousins a little further afield for a day+.

This is by the far the nicest Best Western I've been to. Front desk associates were very nice, gave out extra bathroom essentials (soap, shampoo, etc). The gift shop was small but had unique items. Hotel room was clean, minus some random holes in the shower curtain and some dirt on the sheets, which we were able to wipe off. Food was good whicu consisted of different little areas: make your own breakfast taco, waffle area, coffee ans drink area, cereal and milk area.All in all a good experience.
