Room is clean, i am very happy with it. Only no mini bar in the room.

Excellent service, comfy hotel. the staff are courteous and helpful. They allowed me for early check in. Location wise is very good. Near Lalaport Mall and Times Square. Easy access by using monorail (stop at LRT Hang Tuah). You can walk through the lalaport using the outdoor walkway and find the pedestrian bridge to Furama hotel (opposite Prescott). Then cross the road to this hotel. Got convenient shop nearby so you don’t have to worry if you want to buy something. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. They just don’t provide towel. I don’t know wether the housekeeper is forget to put the towel or maybe they dont provide. But it is ok with me coz i bring my own. Recommended place to stay.. insyaAllah will come again in future coz i like the nasi goreng & the cekodok for breakfast sedappp😀!!! And cheap also 👍🏽excellent budget hotel✨

Simple room and not much to expect but worth the price. The receptionist is nice and courteous. The room isn't too bad but I had bad experience because the room beside mine is always making love at 2 AM and banging on the wall. Can't sleep for a few days staying there.

I picked up morning from this hotel cafe .Ms carmen the chef (manager ?) is superb friendly and mindful to remind me to call the delivery receiver . The food i delivered looks great ...i do lalamove occasionally

When we arrived, one of the lights in the bathroom was out so the hotel personnel replaced the light bulb straight away. Cheap room that was made and cleaned everyday. Comfortable beds. Linen was clean. Very warm and comfortable blanket. There was a kettle in the room with basic tea and coffee sachets. Hot shower was working, water pressure was satisfactory. No complaints.
