Não há ninguém para receber os convidados, é preciso fazer uma ligação telefônica para o proprietário vir fazer o check in. Não existe breakfast algum, existe uma copa para preparar café solúvel e chá, apenas. A acomodação e a localização são boas.

A casa de banho é muito pequena a água tem pouca pressão e a água não aquece muito. Além disso a nosso reserva tinha pequeno almoço incluído e quando lá chegamos disseram que não tinham. A cama que supostamente seria de casal eram duas camas de solteiro. E além disso a chave da porta partiu-se na fechadura

Eu reservei uma estadia com a opção de "cancelamento gratuito" devido à situação da Covid-19. Nesse ínterim, o albergue tirou o dinheiro do meu cartão de débito. Não teria problema se eu não tivesse que cancelar minha estadia, pois meus voos foram cancelados. Nas últimas 3 semanas, estou tentando entrar em contato com eles em inglês e italiano, quando eles vão me devolver o dinheiro ... ainda sem resposta. Tão pouco profissional !!!!!

I booked a stay with "free cancellation" option due to the Covid-19 situation. At the meantime the hostel took the money from my debit card. It would be ok if I didnt have to cancel my stay as my flights have been cancelled. For the last 3 weeks I'm trying to contact with them in English and Italian when they will return me the money...still no response. So unprofessional!!!!!

The room description stated there is an oven and a stovetop in our double room. This is not true. There is an open area for several rooms, and in this area you find a really tiny fridge (barely enough for two rooms), a microwave and a broken kettle (the lid does not close, so you have to put a heavy coffee cup on top of it; even in this case it does not turn out automatically, so you have to stay and watch it). Also there were several coffee cups, saucers and cutlery, laying just on the napkin (see the photos I attach here). There was no proper plate to at least put some bread on it, let alone a knife to cut it (the only one knife is small, completely blunt and does not cut anything).
The bathroom door does not close properly and opens by itself. There is no soap in the shower, you have to use the small pieces of soap provided by the hotel (which is not enough for two people, they are not provided daily) or put some liquid soap you find near the sink into a coffee cup and use it in the shower.
The most disgusting though is the attitude of the owner to the guests. When we arrived, we asked for an iron. They don't have it, which is ok, and it is not listed in the room description. But we were laughed at and the answer was "We don't have it, because you are not always here". Very polite, thank you.
When we paid the tourist tax, the owner did not have enough change and said: "When you are back tomorrow in the room, you will find the 50 Cent on the table". Needless to say, we did not find anything. 50 Cent is not a big deal at all neither for us nor for him, but this fact just adds to the reputation of his hotel.
In summary, we will never stay there again. It feels like the goal of the owner is to get as much money from his guests as possible, providing them with as little service as he can. You hear a lot that tourists have to respect Venice, but surprisingly nobody says that they also have to be respected in Venice.
Positive: The location is great, it takes really no time to reach the train and boat stations. Bakeries and Conad are also close. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The bed is good, the air conditioning worked well, which is really necessary in this climate. Everything in the bathroom worked well, apart from the door. In general, it is a very cosy old house with flair, good choice to stay for several days for a city trip, if there were not so many unsatisfactory issues.

60 days after having asked various times for a refund due to COVID19 restrictions to fly from Spain and since our flight was cancelled, We had no answer to any of our communications in two months until one week before the impossible check in date when they finally answer our emails and reject our inquiry with very bad manners. I would never recommend this place for their null sympathy with their guests. Be aware travelers!

So when checking in, the host asked us to pay for the room, which we had already payed. She asked us to show proof... okay fine . So when showing my bank statement , then she finally believed us. I guess if we just payed for it yet again, we would pay twice for a room. WiFi never worked. With these events, our experience was still okay. But then in the morning with the glorious “included breakfast”... 2 packages of dried toast, and tea packages . That’s it . This is what breakfast included means . When asking the host about the breakfast, he became so angry that he started literally shouting at us. He even wrote on a piece of paper the breakdown of what we pay for and the costs of his business. He made my girlfriend feel nervous to the point she was scared. terrible experience really...

Belo quarto veneziano com casa de banho privada. Ele não faltou nenhum objeto ou qualquer coisa necessária. O wifi eo secador um pouco lento. Não é perto das áreas turísticas, mas você pode chegar lá perfeitamente a pé.

En booking consta que no cobran por hacer una reserva. Sin embargo, cobran al instante y si anulas la reserva no te devuelven el dinero. Esto nos pasó a nosotros y, además, cuando llamamos para quejarnos, nos atendieron con malas maneras, intentando disuadirnos y engañarnos. No le puedo recomendar a nadie.

La chica de la limpieza nos robó el kit de maquillaje el primer día, y no hicieron nada por tratar de devolverlo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Despite all the bad reviews, the room we had was relatively clean. Good location. Don't expect too much with the bed and 'breakfast' title.
