Clean room, nice stay and Donna at the front desk was very polite and answered all of my many questions. She was extremely helpful and made my stay a breeze, especially after arriving at 1 am!

Na verdade, só estou dando uma nota tão ruim porque o Quality Inn bem ao lado tem quase o mesmo preço e infinitamente melhor. Caso contrário, posso ter dado um 2. A cama é super desconfortável. O pessoal não usava máscaras. A TV era muito pequena. A internet era incrivelmente lenta. A cortina do chuveiro é quase inútil porque não fica no lugar. O café da manhã é ruim, mesmo para os padrões do hotel.

I'm really only giving this such a bad grade because The Quality Inn right next to it is around the same price and infinitely better. Otherwise I may have given it a 2.
The bed is super uncomfortable. The staff didn't wear masks. The TV was really tiny. The internet was incredibly slow. The shower curtain is almost useless because it doesn't stay in place. The breakfast is bad, even by hotel standards.

Siempre examino y rocío todo con desinfectante / desinfectante. Soooo ... cuando examiné una de las camas estaba bastante perturbado al ver algo oscuro y pequeños pedazos en la cama. NADA pode cair na cama. A palavra operativa é ..IF !! Eu notei que a piscina estava fechada, mas no sábado. véspera um pequeno grupo entrou. Isso foi estranho. O tapete dos corredores estava muito sujo e eles eram quentes. O serviço foi muito bom. Tivemos um bom pequeno-almoço continental. Simplesmente não era o que eu esperava

I always examine & spray Everything w/sanitizer/disinfectant. Soooo.. when I examined one of the beds was quite disturbed to see something dark & little pieces on bed. Frankly speaking, I was mortified! Called immediately to front desk & clerk came w/clean sheets. Apologized several times, tried to explain it. If you have on glives ...NOTHING can drop onto beds. Operative word is ..IF!! I did l notice the pool was closed but on Sat. eve a small group had entered. That was strange. The halls' carpet was very dirty & they were warm.
The service was really nice. We had nice continental breakfasts. It just was not what I had expected

O quarto não foi limpo corretamente. O banheiro era nojento, com cabelos na banheira e por todo o chão. A tomada para o microondas e a geladeira não funcionou. Tinha que usar tomada de banheiro. O pedaço de plástico para microondas foi derretido, não permitiu que a plataforma giratória girasse e funcionasse corretamente. Saco de pipoca quase pegou fogo devido a isso. Não vai ficar neste hotel novamente. A porta da sala era muito difícil de abrir ao entrar e sair da sala. A pia do banheiro vazou água no chão, quando em uso.

The room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom was disgusting with hair in the bathtub and all over the floor. The outlet for the microwave and fridge didn't work. Had to use bathroom outlet. Microwave plastic piece was melted, didn't allow turntable to spin and function properly. Bag of popcorn almost caught on fire due to this . Will not stay at this hotel again. The room door was very hard to open when entering and exiting the room. The bathroom sink leaked water onto floor, when in use.
