Estávamos em Perm no verão, alugamos um quarto aqui. The staff is ignorant and unprofessional. A taxi ride was cancelled by a guest a day in advance and the hotel forgot to book a new taxi. Apart from that small mistake they even dared to see it fit to mention the taxi costs that had to be paid for the already cancelled taxi.
And it seems that the staff does not care about the do not disturb sign. As the room is gone through every day, so don't leave your valuables lying around in plain sight.
Not friendly staff. Should learn some more about how to behave themselves with guests.
