Isso faz parte do The Castle Rock Resort and Hotel. Abaixo do quarto de hotel médio. O parque aquático está bom. Não havia salva-vidas suficientes e a maioria dos que tinham eram rudes. A água em todas as piscinas estava muito fria. Havia duas pessoas que batiam aleatoriamente nas portas e abriram uma sala que estava ocupada. O nosso quarto também não estava pronto no momento do check-in às 16h. Desejamos ser informados de que, quando reservamos que o Atrium não era o parque do hotel principal.

Esto es parte de The Castle Rock Resort and Hotel. Habitación de hotel por debajo del promedio. El parque acuático está bien. No hay suficientes socorristas y la mayoría de los que tenían eran groseros. El agua en todas las piscinas estaba muy fría. Hubo 2 personas que golpearon puertas al azar y abrieron una habitación que estaba ocupada. Nuestra habitación tampoco estaba lista a las 4 de la tarde. Ojalá nos informaran que cuando reservamos que el Atrium no era el parque del hotel principal.

This is part of The Castle Rock Resort and Hotel. Below average hotel room. The water park is okay. Not enough lifeguards and most of the ones they had were rude. The water in all of the pools was very cold. There were a 2 people that were randomly knocking on doors and opened a room that was occupied. Our room also wasn't ready at check in time at 4pm. We do wish we were informed that when we booked that the Atrium wasn't park of the main hotel.
