Fiquei aqui por uma noite enquanto aguarda um voo para casa e, em geral, os apartamentos valem o que você paga. Estávamos no quarto 101. Era limpo, arrumado e bom tamanho banheiro. O check-in foi um pouco confuso, mas no geral agradável para ficar algumas noites.

Me alojé aquí por una noche mientras esperaba un vuelo a casa y, en general, los apartamentos valen lo que pagas. Estuvimos en la habitación 101. Estaba limpio, ordenado y un baño de buen tamaño. El proceso de registro fue un poco confuso pero en general agradable para pasar unas noches.

Stayed here for a night whilst waiting for a flight home and overall the apartments are worth what you pay. We were room 101. It was clean, tidy and nice sized bathroom. Check in was a bit confusing but overall nice to stay a few nights in.

Os apartamentos não são ruins para visitar Zurique, mas eles têm algumas desvantagens: a cama é um pouco desconfortável, principalmente devido ao travesseiro. A localização, é um pouco longe do centro, embora bem conectado por bonde. Na cozinha faltando algum produto para poder lavar os pratos e talheres. O preço é um pouco caro.

Los apartamentos no estan mal para visitar Zurich, pero tienen unas cuantas pegas: la cama es algo incomoda, principalmente debido a la almohada. La ubicacion, esta algo alejado del centro, aunque bien comunicado por tranvia. En la cocina falta algun producto para poder lavar los platos y cubiertos. El precio es algo caro.

Me pareció muy mal el serviciopor que : 1.el servicio de limpieza (la señora de la limpieza) entra a las habitaciones sin preguntar no toca ni nada ya pasaron muchas veces , entra a mi habitación yo estando en ropa interior y Antea de eso yo estaba con mi pareja, me pregunta q si cuanto tiempo me voy a quedar no entiendo por q preguntan eso si ellos deben de saberlo, no se disculpa ni nada por entrar sin preguntar y me sigue preguntado yo no le doy ninguna respuesta y ya insiste al final le digo q se vaya y se va. Luego a las 2 horas que ella se fue llega la policia a controlarme y a juzgarme de hacer cosas indebidas, se supone que Suiza es un país libre de expresión que las personas puede ir pasear el rato a ese hotel pero no significa q uno esté haciendo cosas malas. 2. No tienen buena higiene ya que hasta los colchones están manchado, las Sábanas rotas y no cambian ni las sábanas ni las toallas. 3. Cuando hacia la reserva online me mandaban el recibo tarde y el código que se necesita para sacar la llave era falso y me tocaba llamar o enviar un email. 4.hay algunos hoteles q no tienen calefacción. 5.mi sugerencia sería que pongan un horario q se va hacer la limpieza y que no cuando uno no esté que entren y revisan las maletas. 6.espero q eso gerente de esos hoteles se tome la molestia de revisar las reseñas de los usuarios y mejoren sus servicios

Lift has been dead for one month and when we complain there is no response from the management. Not worth the hefty rent we pay for such lousy accommodation.

I had a terrible experience with Swiss Star Apartments in June. The communication was very flawed and they didn't treat me with respect, since I got no answer back about what happened, which I describe below.
After getting the keys it was very unpleasant to open the door to the room (almost an hour after the set check-in time) and see that the apartment was still occupied by another guest.
I try to solve the problem by phone calls and I have to wait a long time for answers. No one could explain me what was happening nor give us another room. After a long journey to arrive in Zurich I just wanted a room. After I realised how unprofessional they were and seeing all the mess I decided to cancel my reservation and asked for the refund.
Since June I got no answer back from them.

Buena opción para alojarse, solo hay que asegurarse de tener el código que se envía por email para obtener la llave ya que no hay existe una recepción. La habitación en general está limpia y de gran espacio. Sin duda recomendable
