Apenas 200ml de garrafa de água fornecida no quarto que não foi substituído diariamente. Uma garrafa de água de 200 ml é dada por 3 noites. Tive que comprar água do lado de fora. 200ml é suficiente para uma xícara de chá (copo, neste caso). Nenhum interruptor de luz de cabeceira. Exceto 2 plugues de energia que tocam o travesseiro, podem sofrer choques elétricos se não forem cuidadosos. Interruptor de luz do quarto apenas na entrada. Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, las habitaciones están mal equipadas. Mini bar en la habitación pero vacío. No hay hervidor de agua en la habitación. Cuando se les pidió hervidor de agua y tazas, le dieron hervidor de agua con vaso de vidrio, no té. No hay té, café, azúcar o leche en la habitación. Opciones de desayuno muy limitadas. Solo se suministraron 200 ml de botella de agua en la habitación que no se reemplazó a diario. Una botella de agua de 200 ml dada por 3 noches de estadía. Tuve que comprar agua del exterior. 200 ml son suficientes para una taza de té (vaso en este caso). No hay interruptor de luz de noche. Excepto 2 enchufes que tocan la almohada, pueden recibir descargas eléctricas si no se tiene cuidado. Interruptor de luz de la habitación solo en la entrada. Uno de los hoteles más hermosos tiene una recepción maravillosa y actuó bien conmigo hoy a las 2 en punto al iniciar sesión, el dispositivo fue el derecho a retirarme de la visa con un problema y se registraron por mí sin lo que pagué por el tiempo del día. Ammar hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to in my life. The service was not good and the hotel was not well maintained. The curtains in the hotel are very thin and wouldn't allow you to sleep if the sun comes up, also, the curtains are not adequately put so they can expose you to the street, which you are on. The heater in the bathroom was not working, and the staff didn't come to fix it despite our requests. This was our second room as the first room had supernoisy neighbors which you can clearly hear because the walls are paper thin, and you can hear the sounds of cars and wild dogs outside because the windows are not adequately insulated. The service was horrible, the cleaning team kept the room very dirty, and when I asked for a toilet paper roll they said that you get only one a day, the second on would be for a some of money. Furthermore, the hotel rents their rooms for large groups of single men, who get drunk at night and kept screaming in the corridor, without any hotel staff intervention. This happened at 2 am and stayed like that for hours. Thus making this hotel not family friendly at all. The Breakfast started at 8 and if you don't make it on time, the food will run out and wouldn't be replenished, and if you ask for tea, which also runs out, they add some hot water to the old pot and you get something that resembles tea, but is essentially water. The hotel is far away from everything, and one can only commute via public transportation or very long walks. It is beyond me why this hotel was given an 8.2 rating by a famous hotel booking site that most people use.

Considering it's a 4star hotel, rooms are badly equipped. Mini bar in room but empty. No kettle in room. When asked for kettle and cups, they gave kettle with tumbler glass for water, not tea. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk in the room. Very limited breakfast options. Only 200ml of water bottle supplied in the room which was not replaced daily. One 200ml water bottle given for 3 night stay. Had to buy water from outside. 200ml is enough for one tea cup (tumbler in this case). No bedside light switch. Except 2 power plugs touching the pillow, can get electric shock if not careful. Room light switch only at entrance. For single room occupancy, view of opposite side building with clothes hanging. Absolutely terrible.

There claim it as a four star hotel but its not. They don't have facilities of four star. Breakfast buffet is horrible. No swimming pool is available. Only good thing is there staff they are friendly and polite.

Room was nice, comfortable beds. No view surrounded with buildings. No tea kettle or tea/ coffee in the room.
The have the same breakfast everyday. Cheese, cold meat, fruits, jam, honey and eggs.
Location: you can easily get a taxi or bolt to get to tourists attractions within 10 minutes. There are nearby resturants, hospitals and supermarkets within walking distance.
