We arrived late and there were some people sleeping in our room. We called the manager and they didn't do anything about it. The couple sleeping there said their room wasn't clean at all, that is why they went in our room, when they found it open. Eventually, they understood us and left to sleep in their own room. The next day, we went to the desk and said we want other sheets. They said they would change them, but didn't do it. After a few weeks, after going home, I found some charges I didn't know about, on my credit card. I thought some guys from a gas station took my credit card Information, I didn't even think about the hotel. My bank announced me after some time it was an extra charge from the hotel, because I didn't show them my ID. It was because they didn't ask for it. And they didn't use the hotel name to make the charge, which is strange. Now, they invoke the low and say they won't refund me, although I sent them a picture of my ID and entry visa. And there is more: the room is cheap and a good location, but the rooms aren't clean. and they are not organized at all. The hotel is ugly. If I knew they would charge me extra, I would have found something much better looking with that money. I hope this will help. Chegamos tarde e havia algumas pessoas dormindo em nosso quarto. Chamamos o gerente e eles não fizeram nada a respeito. O casal que lá dormia disse que o quarto não estava nada limpo, por isso entraram no nosso quarto quando o encontraram aberto. Atenção! Rasgue e não limpe! Tive que ficar sem dormir por uma noite nesta casa imunda. O quarto foi encontrado abandonado como o anterior, nenhum novo Toalhas, sem cama limpa, o banheiro cheio de mofo - baratas no banheiro e no quarto. Outro quarto foi mostrado mediante solicitação, que era tão sujo. O que é prometido no site nem mesmo remotamente é entregue aqui. Não houve reembolso para a reclamação e uma segunda noite também era do cartão de crédito. Uma das minhas piores experiências de férias. NUNCA MAIS!!

Apartamento muito bonito e luminoso, limpo e equipado com tudo que você precisa para uma estadia em Tel Aviv. Do aeroporto de Ben Gurion pegamos o trem e depois um ônibus que nos permitiu chegar facilmente ao apartamento. Nuan nos cumprimentou e explicou como usar WiFi, AC, água quente, etc ... o lugar é central e bem ligado. Realmente recomendado para quem procura um apartamento limpo com banheiro privativo e a necessidade de aquecer algo no microondas (para quem precisa).

Como uma cobertura de alto padrão com terraço de 50m² com vista para o mar, tínhamos um apartamento mofado, desbotado com colchões ensanguentados e com varanda de 5m². Recusamo-nos a ficar no alojamento, alugamos outro apartamento com urgência porque o proprietário não nos respondeu, ficou com as chaves porque já tínhamos pago a totalidade da reserva. No dia da partida devolvemos as chaves e percebemos que o proprietário tinha sublocado o nosso alojamento. Trapaceiro. Ladrao.

Eu dou-lhe duas estrelas porque o pessoal que nos serviu foi amigável e por causa da localização do apartamento. Mas eu não recomendaria nem retornaria. Água quente não funciona (quente / frio), há muito barulho da rua (está localizado em uma praça com restaurantes com música que fecha ao amanhecer) ea limpeza não é muito boa. O valor pelo dinheiro é muito baixo.

We stayed one night in December- booked a 2-bedroom apartment. The only good things were the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. Wifi was not working for 90% of our stay (which we needed, with non-local phones!), a number of floor tiles were broken and we were told it is being renovated soon. No discount for the fact that the floor was rattling and uncomfortable to walk on! Not enough toilet paper, not able to pay by a credit card (not the one used to book the place) although we were specifically told that we would be able to do that. We forgot a jacket there when we left and the owner was not very helpful when we called to explain exactly where it was left and said we would send someone to pick it up. It feels to me like they don't care about returning customers- there are probably enough one-time, never again, customers like us to keep the place running. Wifi não estava funcionando por 90% da nossa estadia (que precisávamos, com telefones não locais!), Vários pisos foram quebrados e fomos informados de que será reformado em breve. Não há desconto pelo fato de o piso ser agitado e desconfortável de andar! Le pongo dos estrellas porque el personal que nos atendió fue amable y por la ubicación del apartamento. Pero no lo recomendaría ni yo volvería. No funciona el agua caliente (sale templada/fría), se escucha mucho ruido de la calle (está ubicado en una plaza con restaurantes con música que cierran a las tantas de la madrugada) y la limpieza no es muy buena. La relación calidad-precio es muy baja.

Malísima experiencia y no lo recomiendo a nadie... Estuve varias semanas a trabajo en Tel Aviv y estuve alojada en este establecimiento... Para empezar todo muy sucio y mal cuidado, las sábanas y las toallas del peor... nunca hay nadie si lo necesitas algún soporte, envías mensajes y nadie lo contesta ... FATAL... Pero lo peor y donde hay que tener atención es con la tarjeta de crédito que lo utilizas para pagar, pues si te pasa algo igual te cobran.. Debido la pandemia del Covid-19, he tenido que adelantar mi viaje de vuelta y igual he tenido que cancelar mi reserva que tenia para mas adelante y me han cancelado y asegurado que me iban hacer el reembolso y ahora un mes después cuando llega la fatura de mi tarjeta, me han cobrado igual el importe total de la reserva y por mi tarjeta ser de Brasil y no haber sido echo el reembolso, he tenido que pagar dos tasas por uso internacional más del importe total de la reserva. Me siento estafada y lesada. Os advierto que no vale la pena quedarse en este sitio!

The last time the apartment has been renovated was probably before the WWII. There are no cups or normal glasses in the kitchen; we had like two forks of different sizes. Corridors and hallways are dirty; cockroaches. Then there were two cafeterias just below our windows in one of which the music played till 4:30 in the morning. In two words, the worst apartment I have ever stayed in.

Although we booked 3 weeks in advance they cancelled on the day of arrival. For so called 'maintenance'. Reading the other reviews and considering TLV was fully booked for 98% they have no clue what maintenance is and went for a better deal and left us with a big problem. They did not reply on email or phone calls. Glad Expedia helped us out and relocated us to a very nice hotel elsewhere.

Backpacker quality, ok for the price. Safe place but I wont recomend. A place to stay you just need a place with limited services. Location has 5 stars, central Market and urban vibe. Reception Service is a 4 star when they are opened... furniture and toilet ceramic pieces are 5 stars, looked to have quality materials but maintance is 1 star and thats the shame. There must be no manager in charge of the rooms cleaness or concierge. I saw 10 Broken things and I bet they will not fix them. Makes me wander if the boss cares. The 3 guys from SriLanka trying to clean and manage do their best. I wish them all good.

Excellent location. Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was given a facelift but had issues. Wasn't clean under bed, A/C was dripping down onto the floor, cracked & broken tiles, broken cabinet drawers & small shower that kept turning the water off when turning around lol. Otherwise was fine & would definitely consider staying again if the few things were fixed right.

Very noisy night sleep (poor soundproofing to the busy road outside). It doesn't look as nice as the photos. The staff muddled up the booking that I had and took a long time to resolve it. This also included a long delay on a refund. That said the busy area that this hotel is situated in provides easy access to good restaurants and sights for exploring Tel Aviv. Wi-fi was hit and miss
